Site work is everything that happens before \u2014 and underneath \u2014 a build. Done right, it is invisible: the lot drains, the base holds, the foundation sits true. Done poorly, it is the source of the settling, flooding and rework that haunt a project for years. Because we are home builders, we treat every service below as part of building, not a box to tick.
Everything is handled in-house with our own excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, stump grinder and portable sawmill \u2014 no subcontractor gaps, one standard from start to finish.
